Every CAMIA order is carefully packed and shipped from our warehouses through trusted logistics partners to ensure it reaches you safely and securely.

Domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically are:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

Deliveries are attempted between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

We request an acknowledgment of receipt at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a trusted person, family member, colleague, or neighbour to receive the order on your behalf. Once acknowledged, CAMIA (Plug N Play Biosciences Pvt. Ltd.) cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss thereafter.
