The pH Balance Shampoo uses nature-identical glycolipids derived from sugars and oils to gently cleanse without stripping, while fortifying hair fibre and sealing in hydration. Organic glycerine and Panthenol (Vitamin B5) add an extra layer of nourishment, calming the scalp and leaving hair resilient, shiny, and smooth.
Following the cleanse, the Deep Nourishing Conditioner works on two levels: inside the scalp and along the hair shaft. Its star bioactive, Glycolipid TeraBiome, nurtures the scalp microbiome, reduces inflammation, and strengthens hair at the roots. Meanwhile, ECOCERT-approved plant-based emollients smooth cuticles, repair damage, and provide weightless slip for silky detangling.

Return & Refund
At Plug N Play Biosciences Pvt Ltd (Mycamia), we strive to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that ours is a personal care brand, opened or used products cannot be exchanged for refund or replacement, except in case where there is a manufacturing defect. For goods without any manufacturing defect, once pack is opened, goods are considered sold.
If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of its receipt, with supporting images and videos, so that we can address your concerns at the earliest.
For any other complaints regarding product quality, you may contact our Customer Care within 7 days of order delivery.

Exchange of products will be entertained only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, subject to all the above terms & conditions of the exchange policy.
