However, considering that ours is a personal care brand, opened or used products cannot be exchanged for refund or replacement, except in case where there is a manufacturing defect. For goods without any manufacturing defect, once pack is opened, goods are considered sold.
If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of its receipt, with supporting images and videos, so that we can address your concerns at the earliest.
For any other complaints regarding product quality, you may contact our Customer Care within 7 days of order delivery.
Plug N Play Biosciences Pvt Ltd (Mycamia) will not be responsible for any damage caused after the delivery of goods due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
Exchange of products will be entertained only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, subject to all the above terms & conditions of the exchange policy.
Returns and exchange requests will be subject to scrutiny and validation by the customer service department at Plug N Play Biosciences Pvt Ltd (Mycamia). No Refund shall be made once goods are sold, or considered sold.
